With over 30 years of experience as a trial lawyer, I founded First Law Strategy Group, LLC, a boutique law firm that specializes in class actions, appellate advocacy, insurance bad faith, affirmative litigation for state and local governmental entities, and campaign and election law problem solving and litigation. My mission is to seek justice and accountability for my clients, and to make a positive impact on society through my work. I have been instrumental in several of Pennsylvania's biggest and highest-profile cases, securing multiple million and multi-million dollar verdicts, awards, and settlements, and making new law in Pennsylvania on several occasions. I am passionate about advancing the causes of civil rights, social justice, and public interest through my advocacy and leadership. I am admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and all state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
