As Chief Executive, I have to privilege to lead TPAS Cymru in promoting and developing outstanding tenant engagement, voice and community development with landlords, public bodies and tenants across Wales. This includes:

I am influenced by models of community engagement such as co-production, ABCD and using digital techniques in new ways to widen insight, voice and participation.

Chief Executive

Cartrefi Cymru Ltd

1.	Support Cartrefi Cymru in defining and implementing its communications objectives
2.	Create and deliver communications including PR, digital, direct and print media and social media 
3.    Define and deliver marketing strategy including delivering new website, create a content marketing culture and raise Brand awareness
4.	Develop sustainable success measurements and train staff to manage going forward. 
5.	Assist Chief Executive and Senior Management Team on propositions development, communications and new opportunities within wider Cartrefi Cymru organisation.

Marketing and Business Development Consultant (Part time)

Kagool

Responsible for brand marketing of this award winning digital agency during the transition from Fusionworkshop into its new identity as Kagool.  This involved traditional, digital and social media marketing, content and onsite marketing, customer engagement and new business lead generation. 
Management of marketing team and representing Marketing at Board level.

Key achievement:  Working with Heavenly (a leading branding agency) and internal stakeholders to identify what we stood for, what we wanted to be and creating a fresh new name and identity to reflect the agency.

Kagool is a UK Digital Agency and top Sitecore Partner.
Formed in 1999 and was previously branded as Fusionworkshop until April 2015. 
Some call us reassuringly geeky, others call us Kagool.

Legal & General

Responsible for multi-channel conversion in the direct to consumer market	
•	Responsible for digital channels such as online, mobile and eCommerce sites.
•	Initiation of new e-commerce solutions using multi-branded agile architecture.
•	Responsible for 2 contact centres covering inbound and outbound sales and web support.
•	Development of new conversion tools/solutions across online/contact centre.

Achievements:  Stripping down products & features to create simplified, FCA compliant propositions that engaged target consumers.

Responsible for development, marketing and strategy for Life Insurance		
•	Responsible for digital objectives for marketing and web development. 
•	Management of large budget marketing campaigns.
•	Management of digital marketing & web development team plus internal/external suppliers.
•	Digital stakeholder in wider product development, brand strategy and user experience. 

Achievements: 
1.	Diversified marketing to balanced mix of aggregators, affiliates, display, email, paid and natural search to ensure continued step change growth.
2.	Delivering significant year on year digital sales growth (through the recession) via innovative marketing strategy and improvement of online user experience.

Achievement: Redesigned multiple L&G websites that slashed maintenance costs, increased conversion, allowed multi-brand syndication and over achieved search engine objectives

Part of a fast paced start-up team taking the proposition to market launch.
Developed and implemented partner strategy via distribution deals with target distribution channels
•	Negotiation of commercial terms, branding, content and delivery. 
•	Project management of partner implementation.  
•	Developed new Product & Brand concepts internally and with key partners

Achievement: Worked as part of a small management team taking a dotcom idea through initiation, build, launch and syndication.

Responsible for fast track development of e-commerce products 
•	Project initiation, user requirements and business case production
•	Production of marketing strategy 
•	Tender management with IT suppliers
•	Negotiation with pilot users including branding and syndication.

Achievement: Rapid development of e-commerce solutions in a cautious (slow moving) culture

Internet Project Manager

Responsible for end to end product ownership.
•	Product performance (P&L, market share, competitor analysis and regulatory reporting)
•	Representing NatWest at industry committees and working groups (APACS, BACS)
•	Product stakeholder on significant IT change projects and Y2K compliance 
•	Support business acquisition – tenders, presentations & pre/post sales negotiations 
•	Management of product team

Achievement: Real experience in structured project management (Prince2), managed multiple large scale change projects during a pressured period of Y2K and significant changes in the industry.

Product Manager

•	Research/presentation of strategy papers on competitor/industry/new technology
•	Market research (inc. commissioning internal & external research)

Achievement: Recognised by senior management as talent and appointed the youngest manager in NatWest (role above).

Achievement: Delivered a surplus during my term after 4 previous years of losses by applying basic principles of doing more of what we do best and cutting unnecessary costs .
