Lead two backend teams and a frontend team:
-Web analytics (traffic analytics, tracking code, custom HTTP + JS events)
-Marketing reporting backend (multi-touch attribution)
-Marketing reporting frontend

Product Manager

Lead two backend software teams and a frontend software team. Guide the vision, roadmap, feature prioritization, and pricing and product-tier decisions for the Attribution Platform and Web Analytics Reporting teams.

Work alongside our go-to-market team, our product marketing team, CS & Sales enablement, and other various stakeholders to drive product adoption, retention, net new MRR, and positive NPS.

Associate Product Manager

Provided strategic guidance for marketing automation, sales enablement, and customer success to mid-market-level HubSpot customers. Collaborate internally with implementation specialists, renewal managers, product/engineering, and HubSpot Agency Partners to grow both HubSpot's and my customers' businesses.

In this new role, in addition to a more involved role in the growth of both my teammates' and my own consultative skills, I have two additional responsibilities. The first is as a New Hire Mentor. I am assigned a new CSM and work with them for their first 90 days. I assist with new hire training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful / encouraging coaching as needed for the new hire project and their first quarter with customers. I also provide feedback to their Manager and the  Training & Development Team on new hire performance during mentor-specific training sessions and scheduled 1:1 time.

I also work with Jorie Munroe as a key contributor and professor for HubSpot Academy's new Advertising Certification. In this capacity, I write scripts, surface best practices from both personal experiences as a consultant and from third-party research, and educate HubSpot users on how to leverage the Facebook, Google Ads, and LinkedIn APIs inside their CRM to more effectively reach their target audience and optimize their ad creative and spend.

Continue to manage and grow $4.6 million in annual recurring revenue for HubSpot across the mid-market segment. Am currently 108% above goal retainment. Four key areas of responsibility for hitting these numbers were: billing/renewal, product adoption, inbound marketing and sales strategy, and technical consulting.

With product adoption and inbound strategy, I focus on a range of enterprise-level topics to help my customers grow, including email deliverability, lead scoring, workflow and custom data best practices, marketing-sales alignment, SEO/organic search, and paid advertising strategies.

Senior Customer Success Manager

Provided strategic guidance for marketing automation, sales enablement, and customer success to enterprise-level HubSpot customers. Collaborated internally with implementation specialists, renewal managers, product/engineering, and HubSpot Agency Partners to grow both HubSpot's and my customers' businesses.

Managed $3 million in annual recurring revenue for HubSpot and exceeded 94 percent customer dollar retention across my install-base.
