🍳 Running a business during the week means constant running around.

Calls. Deadlines. Flights. Decisions... 💼💨

But on weekends… I am trying to slow down.

And now during my weekends, I start to cook for my family, my wife and two kids from time to time. ❤ (During past 8-10 years it was impossible...and I never did it. 😥)

It’s also a way I push the reset button.

No meetings (if not necessary of course), and no strategy decks.

Just the sound of chopping vegetables and something simmering on the stove. 👨‍🍳🥕 

Funny thing is… #cooking has taught me a lot about #leadership too.

👉 Preparation matters. 

You can’t improvise your way through a great meal. The magic happens in the prep — just like business. The more you plan, the smoother everything flows. 🔪📋

👉 Patience creates flavor. 

Good dishes take time. You can’t rush them. Sometimes the best thing you can do is step back and let things develop, whether it’s a sauce… or a team. ⏳🔥

👉 Simplicity wins. 

The best meals aren’t the most complicated ones. They’re made with care, timing, and good ingredients. Same goes for business decisions. 🧂✨

👉 Customer satisfaction enjoys priority. 

I enjoy very much the moment when my kids eat everything in the end by showing empty plates. The satisfaction of VIP customers is paramount.

A happy partnership lays the foundation for harmony in life—and a little laughter goes a long way. Joy not only nurtures personal balance but also fuels sustainability and success in business.
