-District Manager for 14 bareMinerals branded boutiques and 2 multi-branded outlets in the NY, NJ & CT area. 
-Coached, trained and developed internal talent, supporting brand growth, operational excellence and district team members’ career development. 
-Acted as resource and support in close partnership with corporate team. Piloted most new operational initiatives within the Brand.
-Oversaw region and lead team of 7 District Managers in Regional Manager's absence.
-Created and implemented new District Manager on-boarding. Trained newly hired and newly promoted District Managers.
-Drove sales growth through talent development, training, and a focus on creating an engaging customer and associate environment.

• Started-up a successful, home-based travel business.

-Leveraged development plans, resulting in multiple internal management promotions.

Juicy Couture

-12 store district, spanning 5 northeastern states, which generated the highest annual sales performance within the outlet division at the time ($29 million).
-Developed tools, programs and processes such as the CSM tracker, monthly payroll budget tracker, and the High Shrink Action Plan Binder, which were used throughout the Outlet division. -Initiated contests to inspire and motivate teams and to impact productivity. 
-Trained store and district team on P&L results, how to impact GM, and how to generate profitability through awareness of controllable expenses.
-Onboarded new District Manager talent.
