I bring a wealth of experience in helping leaders think creatively and pragmatically about leveraging diversity to achieve their outcomes and focus on the day-to-day aspects of managing performance and delivering service. My areas of expertise include ‘Inclusive leadership’, ‘unconscious bias’ and ‘recruitment and selection training’. As a senior training consultant and professional coach, I have designed, delivered and facilitated training/workshops/webinars for senior managers and team leaders as well as critical front line personnel across the UK, in Europe and Australia. I have provided consultation services for organisations and leadership teams. I have also reviewed policies and procedures within organisations and designed E-learning materials. I have worked with Senior leaders in the National Health sector; management teams in a number of Local Authorities and Housing Associations and Further and Higher Education; as well as with several large private sector clients in the Media, Banking, Legal and Property sectors. I have an engaging and consultative style, as well as a wealth of good practice examples, which mean that delegates always leave with real strategies for supporting performance and deliverable action plans for improving their services. I come with ten years coaching experience and successfully completed a Personal Development Coaching qualification working with individuals to achieve their goals both personally and professionally. I am also a qualified DiSC profile trainer. I have over fifteen years lecturing experience in further and higher education, working mainly as a lecturer in law, business studies and, more recently, in teacher training. Building on my legal background, I have a thorough working knowledge of the legislative framework for equalities. I aim to inspire excellence through the work that I do.
