Hey, I'm Dawn! 👋 I started my career as an NCTJ-trained journalist, and spent my eight years in the fast-paced profession at a mix of real-life, trade, and business publications and communities. After that, I moved into the world of SaaS. First in Training & Support and then onto Customer Success at Shorthand. Here I spent eight years working with incredible people and brands, building a team, and contributing to an amazing product.
