- Project manage the creation of content for the internal online learning platform.

Learning and Development Manager

Responsible for the overall management of the UK Graduate Programme, including the full recruitment journey, learning & development of graduates and ongoing retention of talent.  

- Project managed the regional Graduate Programme to build internal capabilities to achieve business objectives and organisational strategy; partnering with key stakeholders to ensure the alignment of the offerings meet the business needs.  
- Developed & implemented the Graduate attraction strategy and campaign, using market data/insights to shape the strategy & engaged with internal/external experts to successfully advertise Lendlease’s Graduate opportunities.  Achieving a 594% increase on total number of applications & a 25% increase of female hires over the 4 years.  
- Collaborated effectively with key stakeholders to design and manage the delivery of creative, impactful development programmes.
- Reviewed, enhanced & organised key development activities throughout the two-year programme including a mentoring programme and led the design of a new action learning project.
- Developed Graduate D&I strategy in alignment to wider organisational strategy, to drive attraction of diverse applicants, ensure a fair selection process and improve retention.
