Dawn is an advocate for inclusive education and human centered design. She has shaped the design of products, courses, campaigns and digital experiences over the course of 18 years. Dawn has spent time in classrooms working with both faculty and students across academia and K12, face to face and online. As an entrepreneur Dawn has had clients in both the public and private sector but is currently employed full time at UNICEF. She specializes in creating impactful visually appealing, research informed digitally accessible learning solutions, scaling blended learning programs, leveraging GENAI, and supporting marginalized learners globally. Her work connects educators, academics, and industry leaders who are passionate about equitable, high-quality learning, working together to build a more sustainable and just future for all.
