I use emerging tools to ethically create, adapt and translate digital learning materials for marginalized learners who lack culturally relevant high quality materials in their language and context. I promote the ethical use of AI in education and use it to bridge equity gaps in low resource settings by training adults on how to safely use technology and tools to improve teaching and learning practices while building a global library of open source content that can be shared with the world. I work on a rapidly scaling ed-tech product that reaches over 6 million learners. This initiative delivers a full ecosystem of support for over 40 countries including digital content strategy, pedagogy support for teachers, and e-learning development. This is all in collaboration with one of the biggest tech companies on the planet, delivering this technology to learners who live and work in unique humanitarian contexts (with and without internet). I am lucky to do this with colleagues in all 7 regions of the world who specialize in technology, engineering, education, research, communications, fundraising and growth. We work on the worlds biggest problems by providing digital educational solutions to improve foundational learning, mitigate climate change, solve for gender issues, improve mental health, equip adolescents for life and work through skilling while supporting teachers and the professionals who help to make it all happen. ****ALL VIEWS ARE MY OWN
