Tomorrow at 10 am EST, I share some of my past struggles with trauma and how I implemented simple changes to become a more resilient person.

Even when things get ugly, you can always find the "gift" or "silver lining" in it.

I share about reflecting on how you handled your trauma, instead of absorbing all the harm and negativity. 

Rest, recovery, and reflection are the best ways to overcome trauma. 

We always get to choose if we want to be empowered or disempowered.
