Hi, I’m Lauren. I’m a certified workplace wellbeing coach, trainer, speaker and founder of Curious Coaching. I’m also a late-discovered Autistic ADHD-er. Constant curiosity has taken me from trying to understand the origins of the Universe as a particle Physicist, to delving into what it means to be neurodivergent in a world built for neurotypicals. I think it's about time we stopped following everyone else's rules and started getting curious about what works for us. I want you to know that you are already enough, exactly as you are.
