I started out as a freelance translator. After I found a few large clients, I started outsourcing part of the work, and built a full-fledged translation agency from there. We now offer all major European languages + Chinese. 
In the course of time I improved the work processes and also wrote a small computer program to help the translators in their work.

I set up a small trading company aiming to bring more ethical / sustainable clothing into the promotional clothing scene in the Netherlands. I made several mistakes and learned a lot about business and entrepreneurship. After half a year I decided to abandon the project and do something more in line with my skills and long-term interest.
