I have extensive experience in devops, technical troubleshooting, and customer relations, including work in the finance industry. With a strong background in quality control, I have utilized reinforcement learning, natural language processing, data lakehousing, and a variety of models, frameworks, and toolkits in my work. Additionally I excel in developing and maintaining interactive knowledgebases, summarizing technical documentation, and distilling information for training purposes and knowledge transfer. Recently, I have been enhancing my skills in whiteboarding and wireframing to create simplified graphics that summarize user requirements to maximize user experience. While I have a preference for single-stack programming languages, I am proficient in working with a variety of languages and data in esoteric formats. I am eager to take on challenges that can further develop my programming, design, and language (Spanish and Arabic) skills. In my free time I like to research the nascent discipline of MLOps methodologies, generative AI startups, cognitive architectures, and their approach to a variety of problems.
