With Soft Sell I continued the role with 6 primary schools in the area, maintaining their networks and taking charge of procurement.  This role helped me understand the budgeting of IT networks and how to best serve the Senior Leadership Team with their IT goals by leveraging existing and new technologies.

I was in charge of the IT Infrastructure, software and hardware for 6 primary schools in the local area.  During my time I rebuilt all servers and desktop PC's/Laptop to re-organise and standardise security.  This gave me a great understanding of Active Directory infrastructure, Group Policy and Windows Server Deployment technologies

I started my IT career at Solve IT as junior IT Technician but quickly progressed through the ranks and was IT Manager within the year.

Through this role I was responsible for many network infrastructures from Windows 2000 Server, 2003 Server, Novell Console One NDS and many workgroup networks.  I was in charge of a small team of engineers as well as the development of a bespoke CRM system as the company did not have one.

I have been working in the IT Industry since 2007 and I am a highly self-motivated professional, with a proven track record in providing a consistently high level of service whilst working to tight deadlines.

I am also an excellent team player capable of providing support, leadership and motivation to colleagues. 

I thrive when challenged and am a competent engineer that can communicate with customers and fellow employees in both written and verbal forms of communications at all levels of competency and understanding.
