* Maintain a clear understanding of the business goals and user needs, identifying and articulating high-impact research questions and opportunities, while continuing to drive strategic design and growth decisions.
* Synthesize user research and business data to help shape the product roadmap, communication strategy, designs and future research activities.
* Review user stories and marketing analytics within a given sprint to ensure objectives, goals, and requirements are clear, and led by user research.

Product Owner for Thrivu - accountable for maximising the value of the product resulting from the work and communication between Developers, Stakeholders and Company’ leaders.

Product & Service Design for Thrivu; Apprender - creating and iterating designs (UX+UI) and high fidelity prototypes as well as sustainable solutions and optimal experiences that solve users’ problems or address specific market needs. The project is based on Salesforce’s Ecosystem and was started from scratch. Used a variety of user-centered design methodologies and deliverables - journey mapping, facilitating team brainstorms, participating in and synthesizing research, framework design and created a comprehensive design system.
