- Sourced and hired founding sales team including Account Executives and SDR's.
- Researched and mapped buyer journeys for the direct, partner and online channels.
- Created sales forecasts and resource budgets against investor and board targets.
- During our 2 month closed beta, built a pipeline of 30 partner channel leads and nearly 100 direct SMB leads. 
- Worked in tandem with product and engineering teams to help guide new feature rollout and UI/UX decisions.

VP Revenue & Customer

First executive hire. Growth stage startup catering to SMB's and startup markets. Primary responsibilities involved build-out of a sustainable self- service sales model. Advised CEO on fundraising, app buildout and marketing/ lead gen decisions.

- Built new customer on-boarding program, comms and tools. Resulting in a 2.5% lift in conversions to paid. (2.4% prior < 3.9% after).
- Restructured pricing models and modeled new pricing/buy page for marketing website. Increases seen in ARPU (+20%) and CLTV (45%).
- Reorganized Customer Success Team to allow for a greater focus on customer education and establishing upgrade paths for future revenue growth. Existing customer upgrades increased over 20%.
- 2016 = 439% MRR growth YOY.

- Managed a team of up to 24 multi-disciplined inside-sales managers.
- Team lead for 2 SFDC rollouts
- Develop sales quota programs and goals that promoted sales team growth.
- Facilitate sales deals and support individual professional development by consulting with executives, providing input and feedback, and role playing to practice pitches.
- Primary training and knowledge contact for the Denver Partner sales team. Subject Matter Expert for the software tools such as Xero, Practice Manager, and ecosystem add-ons.

US Inside Sales Manager

- Directed the firm rebranding project which developed a company presence on the web, via social media channels, and in local markets.
- Developed a lead generation pipeline through company blogs, social media, banner advertising, and on site networking events, resulting in a doubling of retainer clients.
- Led firm pivot into the use of cloud-based accounting technologies – creating massive workflow efficiencies and increasing profitability on monthly retainer work.

- Provided assistance in planning and executing client launch events, centered on increasing customer interactions and marketing activities.
- Created customer databases, related incoming feeds (web, events, email imports) and forward facing web-forms for clients utilizing the InfusionSoft platform. 
- Programmed websites, developed mass email marketing, and performed list maintenance.

Marketing Consultant

Gioia Sails South, LLC

- Developed and executed regional and national marketing and advertising campaigns targeted at both OEM boat builders and retail end-users of recreational products. 
- Advised President, VP, and CFO on company sales and marketing opportunities and acted in a support role on key business decisions.
- Created and maintained a company website. Implemented online and offline campaigns to drive traffic to the site and generate new sales opportunities.

Business Development Manager

Luhrs Marine Group

Create, execute and maintain various marketing, sales, and customer service related projects for a major International yacht manufacturer. Focused on Sales and Marketing tasks but often called on in other high- profile situations.

- Led and coordinated an international recall on over one-hundred 41 foot luxury fishing vessels. Managed all comms to customers, service partners and government agencies. Organized successful repair of all affected vessels in under 6 months. Project completed under budget.
- Point-person for the conception, execution, and on-going support of the marine industry’s first certified pre-owned yacht sales program. Included selling the concept to managers and dealers, creating marketing materials, and ultimately rolling out the program to consumers.
- Designed, programmed, and administered the Luhrs Owners Group Forum. Maintained multiple databases on the forum and translated collected data into marketing and sales opportunities.
