Public inquiries - answering, responding to all inquiries regarding programs, courses, scheduling etc. 
Meet with all potential clients – discuss needs, programs, time parameters etc 
Clients Relations - Scheduling, Invoicing
Coordinate monthly CPR Courses and Scheduling
Calendar update, revisions and sending out
Generating Program's Monthly Payroll
Coordinate Instructors – assigning course, initiate honorariums, and arrange teaching locations.
Track Instructor teaching activities – ensure fairness, professionalism and dealing with any issues/problems that may arise. 
Training: Ensure all instructors meet requirements and get advanced training
Chair all CPR meetings and Report
Program Development 
Communication – liaison with instructors and directors
Purchasing – all necessary supplies – manuals and other printed materials, first aid supplies, dolls, stationary, propane tanks, ropes, tents and other equipment - All materials necessary to support the program 
Delivery – all equipment and supplies coordinated and delivered to locations and/or delivered to equipment manager.
