Working for the DWP as a Talent Acquisition Manager doing internal recruitment, this role was managing and recruiting for the largest digital transformation in Europe across various DWP and BPDTS hubs in the UK. 

My focus as a Talent Acquisition Manager  at the DWP was to provide delivery focused direct sourcing and headhunting as well as providing Market intelligence and leading the team. I have been working on various projects and looking after many information technology requisitions throughout DWP and BPDTS Ltd, I also had some responsibility for commercial roles and training / mentoring new team members and direct reports. 

My role was based in Westminster working primarily in the HR STAR team. The role involved working on a variety of recruitment projects for the DWP and BPDTS Ltd with a focus on filling technology roles both niche and high volume

Working for Unilever as a recruitment partner across IT and Research & Development divisions, working on various projects and looking after information technology, R&D and Pharmaceutical requisitions throughout the business. 

My role was based in Kingston working primarily for the EMEA talent team. I am also responsible for internal recruitment delivery activities and stakeholder management for some global recruitment activities. The role involved working on a variety of recruitment projects for Unilever with a focus on filling niche roles and insourcing contractors into permanent positions within the business.

Also worked for a recruitment agency as an internal recruiter, I was tasked with driving down agency cost and helping to improve the recruitment process. My role was as an internal recruiter across two UK locations (London Liverpool St & Henley on Thames)
