Customer Implementation Manager

As a Client Executive, I focus exclusively on onboarding new Enterprise clients.  I work with the marketing department to build the case internally, run trials to prove ROI, and help work through procurement and legal processes to execute a well thought through advocacy program.

Client Executive

This was a full cycle role where I partnered with the marketing department of SMB's as well as Enterprises to create their employee advocacy programs and start using GaggleAMP. In addition to bringing in new business, I was also responsible for growing the accounts and driving upgrades as well. 
 

As the company grew the Customer Succes team was created and my role switched to focus solely on bringing in new Enterprise clients.

Social Media Sales Consultant

Patch is a local news and information platform for communities across the nation, merging technology and professional journalism. Patch's mission is to improve communities and the lives of their residents by providing 24/7 access to original reporting, data and content.

As a sales rep I was responsible for cultivating new digital advertising business, as well as account  management for existing customers.

Making cold calls/emails  to set presentation appointments for existing sales reps.

Boston Pedicab

As a registered Boston Pedicab driver, I am responsible for selecting various shifts, prior to providing friendly service to Bostonians as well as Tourists. Responsible for cash transactions which are based on 100% gratuities. This role allows me to utilize my outgoing, sales and organizational skills.

Provided support to the Affiliate Specialist. Some of my responsibilities included "social shopping". This required in depth research to find accessories that complimented one another. I also provided administrative support as needed; such as greeting clients, assisting with various Karmaloop events and updating a proprietary database.

Now for work... As the GaggleAMP Implementation Manager, I work with all new clients' marketing teams to engage their employees and make the most out of their personal social networks. We help those employees establish thought leadership, build personal brands, begin new relationships, drive sales, and help strengthen the company's brand and ROI on social media.

Making it as easy as possible for the employees to participate, and as stress-free as possible for the marketers is where GaggleAMP comes into play.
