I have spent the last 18 years working in the technology field as a Project Manager, Product Manager, CRM Director and General Manager. My last 12 years has been focused in the gaming industry covering both casino and sports. Since my graduation from college I've had 11 different bosses with only one being a female and it was for less than 1 year. During this time I became a mom of 2 amazing little boys and went from a entry level employee to a SVP in a growing start up. Although I love my journey and career, I almost became a statistic. I almost became part of the 45% of women that are leaving the technology field. It was overwhelming at times learning to navigate motherhood, how to thrive in rooms full of highly powerful men and succeed. BUT THEN..... I took a deep breath and decided to climb the mountain. I evaluated my values, reprioritized and learned to create balance and thrive. Now, I spend my time guiding and supporting women in male dominated fields who want to soar to the top in leadership through prioritization, confidence, balance, and amazing leadership skills.
