I started my company simply as a family hobby. I didn't like what I saw in the back of the big brand hot cocoa mix, and I told my two kids, Mike and Jen, that we were going to start making our own. The first few years, we were making our mix to give away to friends and family at the holidays. A chance encounter with a store owner in my hometown started me on my journey to produce our mix for store shelves. More than 1,000 stores later, and we are having the time of our lives. As a founder, my main focus is on ensuring that our mix lives up to the names of my two kids, Mike and Jen. Life is too short to drink bad hot cocoa, so we are passionate about helping people taste the simplicity of an all natural mix.
