Scout is an easy-to-use prospecting platform to sell smarter while also reducing workload off of RevOps.
 
Find and enrich leads with multiple data sources, launch sequences that send conditional follow ups and call tasks that treat people differently based on # of opens, link clicks, product usage and more.

We have a “RevOps-in-a-box” approach every step of the way - data sources are already set up for you, email data is validated, phone numbers are compared against WhatsApp, and we avoid any duplicates going into your CRM.

Reps never have to watch their analytics again to be timely with their follow-ups. Set rules based on if prospects do (or don't do) something, product usage metrics, and more to trigger different follow ups and tasks - and get back to more meetings and closing.

We also offer SDR-as-a-Service: Think an AI SDR with an expert in the loop for copywriting checks, positioning, and list building - ensuring an effective outbound motion at the fraction of the cost of an SDR.

The biggest choke point today is manual campaign setup for service customers Scout does outbound for

We’re shipping a single agentic flow that researches companies, matches job titles, enriches with our providers, runs a quick QA agent, then pipes straight into Scout to build and execute campaigns.

Next step is a direct API connection for one-click campaign creation.

The most important metric we pull manually is analyzing outbound for positive replies. We’re adding lightweight sentiment analysis so we can automate this reporting instead of having to pull it and manually add to report exports.

Cold calling will get cleaner too for both us and the customers Scout dials for. Dialpad activity will auto log to Sheets and HubSpot. Meetings still get human confirmation. Coaching stays in Slack with recordings and transcripts.

Ops will get simpler. One Typeform form will trigger onboarding -  Docusign sent, subscription creation with Stripe, and W-9 sharing. 

Weekly client reports will auto export and ship by email or Slack with date range controls.
