As Global Alliance Director on the Northern Trust account based in Chicago, I lead a team of dedicated employees and vendor partners overseeing the facility management function for the Northern Trust global real estate portfolio. This is a 4.5MM square foot portfolio with locations in North America, APAC and EMEA regions.

As Alliance Director for Education Management Corporation and then Dream Center Education Holdings I managed a team of 80+ employees in providing facility management services to the Art Institutes through North America. As the portfolio of Dream Center expanded we also took on facility management services for South University, Argosy University and Western States Law School and expanded our services to include Project Management.

In the position of Global Alliance Director I work with Lexmark Corporate Real Estate to provide cost effective real estate solutions to meet the changing needs of Lexmark at their world headquarters and over 100 locations throughout the world. We reduced operating expenses every year by over 8%.
This includes, Facility Management, Transaction Services, Financial/Accounting services, Project Management, Real Estate accounting and Strategic Consulting. Lexmark is a leading manufacturer of printers and document solutions and has over 6,000,000 square feet of space worldwide.

Managing Director / Alliance Director for Lexmark International

I worked on the NCR Account for Global Corporate Services - CBRE. I was responsible for all of NCR locations in North, South and Central America. In this role I oversaw Facilities Management, Project Management, Lease Administration and Brokerage for NCR.  Reduced operating expenses by 25% in the first year by partnering with NCR Leadership for creative solutions with minimal impact to the employees and NCR customers. Oversaw the relocation of the NCR Headquarters from Dayton, Ohio to Duluth, Georgia.

Regional Director - Americas

I managed 3 Siemens sites in Ohio for Global Corporate Service division of CB Richard Ellis. These are in Columbus, Lebanon and Norwood, Ohio. This included two large 1mm square feet distribution centers, a large testing center and a 900,000 square foot manufacturing plant. By partnering with the Siemens Leadership we were able to reduce operating expenses by 8% annually while updating and expanding the Norwood manufacturing plant to create a modern state of the art highly efficient facility.

Senior Facilities Manager

I worked on the Nationwide Insurance Transaction Management account for Global Corporate Services at CB Richard Ellis. During this time I completed over 300 transaction with a value in excess of $300 million and almost 5,000,000 square feet. Developed processes and procedures that all business units at Nationwide implemented to ensure the lowest cost option was determined in reviewing space needs throughout the United States. Constantly worked on 80-125 transactions at any one time.

I was asked to develop an Introduction to Commercial Real Estate for Columbus State. This is aimed at residential real estate agents who are interested in the commercial side of our business.
