My areas of expertise are conflict resolution including mediation, negotiation training, team meeting facilitation and coaching. I enjoy the practical application of these skills and I have studied these areas on an academic level. My goal is to help you become more effective in resolving conflict through interest based problem-solving approaches, learn to negotiate to reach a win-win solution and help you gain clarity to achieve goals. I can assist you in being a catalyst for change in your organization by shifting your perspective to a more unified approach with people. As a former Provincial Government employee, I have extensive work experience with individuals in conflict. As a Professor, I teach the principles of negotiation and conflict resolution to students who are pursuing graduate studies. I have completed formal mediation training at the Wayne County Mediation Centre and formal life coach training with Coach Training Alliance.
