About Me You might think I am a self love coach but I'm not. I'm a high level strategist and high performance coach. And every single part of my work and my life is influenced by my practice of deep self love as a strategy. Which might make you curious about HOW did I end up here? Well self love might be written off as woo woo or fluff but for me it was the pivot that brought me back to life. It was hard. But the right kind of hard. I moved from being a founder of a tech startup raising investment and being in the board rooms of some of the top FTSE 100 to giving it all up, becoming a coach and building out a successful practice all from deep self love and now I have helped companies earn millions and transform their entire lives using my strategies and practices. Because there has NEVER been a more potent association between the love we cultivate for ourselves and how we can fully express that within the work we are doing in the world - until now. We can’t keep building huge careers and businesses and leaving love off the table. We HAVE to be more ambitious than that. Who I work with There are leaders in the world who are thinking radically about how they want to grow, run and feel within their business. They want to unlearn everything that society has prescribed for them around success and how running a business looks and in it's place they want to build loving, compassionate, kind, inclusive communities where WE not ME is the foundation from which they work. I am their coach. They are not afraid of being the first. They are not afraid of tossing every rule up in the air. They exist to break the rules. The expected norms. The collective wisdom that no longer serves any of us. And they have a healthy disregard for the impossible. But they also want to achieve this by being consciously ambitious - meaning that they get to rise to the top with their lives, minds and hearts intact. I am the coach who gets to work alongside these innovators and visionaries and help them to bring that vision to life. I create spaces for beautiful and creative minds not titles. I create rooms where diversity is celebrated and old binary norms are thrown away to reveal new thoughts, new debates, new ways to work and co exist.
