WHO AM I: 💫I help entrepreneurs and Leaders find their career direction and purpose using Gallup Clifton Strengths based coaching/mentoring and I do it in 8 weeks or less. In addition, I apply the strengths coaching approach to Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM digital transformation engagements and programs which I currently lead. I am the CEO of Blue Pebble Consulting. 🚀My mantra is “live your best life” which lead me to become a Gallup certified strengths coach. I enjoy helping clients understand that they are unique by sharing the positive mindset of strengths-based coaching. 👌I’m an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM Portfolio Leader and Coach with over 25 years of Oracle deployment experiences with successful (and in some instances challenging) programs across Africa and Europe. I currently lead one of the largest complex Oracle HCM Cloud deployment programs in Africa for a large global Telecommunications company(MTN). 👉🏻Organisations which I have deployed Oracle ERP applications with are Oracle Corporation, PwC (across UK and Europe), Accenture (In 21 operations in Africa), MTN, Vodacom, Cell C and Econet Wireless. 📱I am a co-founder of a mobile app called Squashlab Communities which is a digital, innovative squash/communities coaching app being rolled out globally.
