I’m not choosing a word for 2026.

I’m choosing a way of listening.

Before I speak or decide, I’ll ask myself:

If I were coaching myself right now, what would I gently challenge?

Sometimes it will be slowing down.
Sometimes letting go.
Sometimes trusting what I already know.

Leadership, for me, is no longer about pushing forward.
It’s about staying present.
With myself first.

Deborah Crowe

I firmly believe that every single imperfection adds to your leadership. In today's world, everyone is imperfect, and my mission is to show that you don't have to be "perfect" to be a caring, effective, heart-centered leader.
 
Throughout my experiences, I hear daily from senior leaders, executives, and C-Suite leaders, "It's lonely at the top," "You've verbalized to me what I've been saying in my mind for years," "Hitting the glass ceiling always comes with a price," "I've lost my spouse and my children," and "I am in poor health."
 
I provide expertise in innovative leadership development, change management, human resources onboarding, diversity, equality and inclusion practices, assessing and integrating high-performance teamwork, increasing personal skills, resilience and agile behaviours, emotional intelligence, and disrupting habits from a cognitive standpoint.
 
I would say I'm pure resilience, I am a survivor, and there's no fluff with me. In my 20s, I had many episodes of Tall Poppy Syndrome, and those experiences helped me out of the employee valley and excel in entrepreneurship at 24 years old.
 
Furthermore, I am communicative, honest, and know the brain inside and out. Neuroscience fuels me; it's my wheelhouse and where I reside daily. When I provide solutions to your "hows and whys," I am confident that you will think it is a win-win for you and me. Clients often say that I have verbalized what they have believed in their minds for years and have not told anyone. Being a "Habit Finder Coach" and demonstrating your thinking habits is a natural gift for me.
 
I am driven by grit, transparency, and listening as an executive and business coach. What excites me the most is when one of my coaching clients has a breakthrough, and my heart swells. I have coached executives and leaders who have worked up the corporate ladder and hit "the glass ceiling." Many of them are lonely at the top for many reasons, such as health difficulties, relationship struggles, and emptiness.
 
Outside of my business life, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and having hobbies like cooking, yoga, walking in nature, and teaching about self-care.
