Apart from sales, I am interested in fitness and mental health. I share my struggles and wins around mental illness on the internet with the hope to break the stigma and encourage people to go for therapy when required.

 After work, you will find me at the gym practicing some interesting calisthenics moves!

I hit 100% of my target in the first quarter at Aligned as the Founding BDR!

Here's my exact strategy (feel free to steal it):

Month 1:

Days 1-15:
- Understood the company’s vision, mission, and goals.
- Introduced myself to leadership and built relationships with teammates.
- Completed all onboarding processes.

Days 16-30:
- Received hands-on training from Saad on the ICP and product.
- Focused on persona pain points, their interests, and how Aligned can help.
- Utilized the product for in-depth learning.
- Studied customer stories to grasp why they choose Aligned.
- Compiled available resources into a document for organization.
- Initiated outreach to prospects to test messaging and cold call scripts.
- Researched competitors.
- Improved cold calling skills with Saad's guidance.

Month 2:
- Established an Excel sheet to track booked meetings.
- Analyzed responses from the previous month to refine messaging.
- Developed two sequences (ATL and BTL) with defined goals.
- Explored tools to streamline daily workflows.
- Continued learning about persona problems, priorities, and goals.
- Identified 2-3 prospecting signals/intents (product usage, website visits, closed lost opportunities).
- Continued honing cold calling skills and objection handling techniques.

Month 3:
- Analyzed conversion rates from different channels (LinkedIn and emails).
- Tracked effective intent signals.
- Focused on successful strategies while experimenting with new tactics (such as video prospecting or lead magnet-based CTAs).
- Continued skill development in cold calling.
- Collaborated with AEs to secure better meetings for them.

Month 4:
- Doubled down on high ROI strategies (channels, messages, personas, etc.).
- Increased cold calling frequency.
- Pursued low-hanging prospects for quick wins before quarter-end.
- Prayed that prospects showed up for the meeting
