I excel in comprehensive validation leadership, seamlessly coordinating end-to-end validation processes across Enterprise Data Platforms, DevOps, MLOps, AIOps, Cyber Security, and Audit Management.  As a global team leader, I have managed diverse teams across various international locations, overseeing the recruitment, coaching, and mentoring of over 75 professionals. My mastery extends to leading and managing Enterprise Data Platform, Platform Engineering, Master Database Management, and Generative AI & Machine Learning initiatives.

I periodically review the Value Creation Process for organizational priorities such as Vision, Brand, Customer Experience, Revenue Growth, Cost Optimization, Operational Excellence, and Cyber Security. My innovative contributions include building an in-house enterprise data orchestration platform enabling Spark on K8s, featuring a low-code and config-driven data pipeline with logging and monitoring capabilities.

Establishing robust Data Privacy, Data Quality, Data Governance, and Cyber Security log4j remediations, I achieved a cost-saving of $2M. Leveraging the Azure cloud ecosystem and Databrick, I established and managed an in-house Enterprise Data Platform and Customer Data Management, creating approximately $15M in business scope.

I streamlined automation success through CI/CD, DevOps, DevTestOps, and DevSecOps processes for Teradata, Informatica, MSBI, and Data processing operations, saving approximately 120 person-hours per year post-automation. Additionally, I implemented automation scripts to shift workload from SOS-Berlin to ControlM for data pipeline monitoring and observability, effectively managing 10,000+ ETL pipelines.

I led the automation of CI-CD processes for Teradata, MSBI, Informatica, and MSTR platforms, achieving seamless integration and efficiency across diverse technologies. In managing a high-performance delivery team, I successfully implemented strategies to streamline processes, improving overall team productivity. Initiating and executing process improvements, I focused on achieving optimal cost-effectiveness and time savings, contributing to enhanced operational efficiency. I formulated comprehensive scopes and budgets for delivery projects, ensuring meticulous planning and execution to meet project goals within specified timelines.

Conducting detailed analyses of customer orders, I prioritized deliveries and adjusted schedules for timely delivery objectives. I fostered collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders, facilitating cross-functional communication for successful project outcomes. Identifying opportunities for process optimization, I spearheaded the development and implementation of enhanced tools for increased operational efficiency. I successfully implemented end-to-end CI-CD automation for the entire technology stack, streamlining the development pipeline.

Establishing robust user governance protocols, I implemented Identity Access Management (IAM) strategies for enhanced security and access control. Additionally, I automated Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools, ensuring seamless and efficient management of the application lifecycle. Contributing to revenue generation, I focused on developing and enhancing customer experience applications, ensuring they met high standards of usability and functionality.

In this role, I played a pivotal role in collaborating with IT leadership to define and finalize service-level targets and enhancements for NBS feature development. I successfully managed the entire development lifecycle, from defining and architecting to implementing these initiatives. Establishing effective partnerships with Engineering and Test Managers, Product Line Leadership, Program Managers, PMO, and key leaders across various departments, I implemented release-based metrics and reporting. This included scheduled release summaries, reports on release activities, release health reports, and release implementation scorecards.

I led the transformation of development practices by migrating from a high-cost 3rd-party tool to an open-source solution, enabling Continuous Integration and development. I managed Single Sign-On (SSO), Oracle Identity Management (OIM), and Oracle Access Management (OAM) protocols. Additionally, I developed robust reporting tools and an information depository to measure conformance to entire processes and tool utilization through monthly metrics.

Spearheading In-house DevOps initiatives, I focused on Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD), and release automation. I successfully automated change management processes, enhancing overall efficiency.

I orchestrated the migration of Unix and Oracle suite to Exadata, ensuring a seamless transition and enabling observability in the Oracle Apps platform for improved performance. As a testament to my commitment to innovation and efficiency, I implemented a new buying system for Application Delivery.

I conducted peer reviews of technical specifications and unit test cases to ensure optimal performance. I specialized in module programming for financial and insurance systems, processing modular structures and existing screens to develop tailored programming solutions aligned with customer requirements and merchant processing. Adhering to a weekly build calendar, I drove periodic builds and meticulously validated build performance before promoting it to the integration or production staging environment. I also implemented and maintained Cruise-control environments for projects, actively monitoring automated build executions to optimize efficiency.

I played a key role in managing and executing software release builds and migrations for diverse UHG applications running on WebLogic App Servers, ensuring seamless performance. Additionally, I created baselines for multiple projects at AFLAC, focusing on delivering and building code with a commitment to achieving project milestones. To maintain a systematic record of code deployment, I utilized IBM ClearQuest/JIRA, emphasizing meticulous tracking and achievement-driven practices.
