Oversee the HR department for the Syracuse Regional Airport Authority, a local public authority which manages the operations of Syracuse Hancock International Airport. This includes oversight of the HR team  and budget, labor/employee relations and contract negotiations, recruiting, DEI, staff development, employment policies, civil service compliance, compensation, payroll, and benefits, as well as serve as ADA-Sec. 504 Coordinator for the entire airport in accordance with the FAA Civil Rights Program.
