I have worked in just about every industry and placed high-caliber candidates in every function from operations, finance, people, sales, and C-Suite. I am intuitive, thoughtful, creative, and determined - in my work and in my personal life. I love exploring every possibility until my brain hurts. - Creating operational efficiencies - we can do more with less. Life is complicated enough. My life outside of work: - My husband and I created the "Bailey Bunch" 10 years ago as single parents of 2 kids each. I am devoted to them first and foremost. - I spend as much time as I can in the wilderness, away from the noise of the world, with just a pack on my back. This is where I find my center, re-establish my perspective, and find gratitude. - My desire is to live every moment to its fullest and find beauty in everything. I love to create delicious meals, plant beautiful, healthy vegetable gardens, make my home a place of respite, and laugh with friends and family.
