I am an Executive Search professional with almost 20 years of success in partnering with clients on their most critical hiring decisions. I have worked in just about every industry and placed high-caliber candidates in every function from operations, finance, people, sales, and C-Suite. My goal is to truly understand my clients' needs, challenges, and dreams and align leaders with their visions. I am intuitive, thoughtful, creative, and determined - in my work and in my personal life. What I love about the work I do: - Learning and listening - connecting with people to truly understand them so that we can form solutions together. - Problem Solving - bring it on! I love exploring every possibility until my brain hurts. - Creating operational efficiencies - we can do more with less. Life is complicated enough. How can we simplify things? - Guiding and mentoring - there is nothing more rewarding than watching others grow and aim for their highest potential. Who I really am - beyond the resume - My dear husband and I created the "Bailey Bunch" in 2013 as single parents of 2 kids each. In April of 2024 I lost my precious son Ethan, at 23 years old, to a rare and aggressive cancer. When you lose a child (and in my case, a soulmate) EVERYTHING changes, and living life with true purpose and meaning becomes paramount. You become a warrior so that your child did not suffer and die in vain. -For this reason, I am deeply passionate about making an impact on the heatlh and wellness of people and the planet, specifically focused on the current state of our toxic Western food system, and removing toxins from our environment. I want to work with people and companies that are moving the needle towards a holistic health strategy for humans and this beautiful earth. - To recenter, refresh my perspective, and find gratitude I spend as much time as I can in the wilderness, away from the noise of the world, with just a pack on my back. - My desire is to live to my fullest potential and seek truth and beauty in the world. I believe without a doubt that it is our purpose and obligation to strive for these values as humans.
