From technology to life sciences, consumer products to all things canna-related, my extensive network across these sectors owes to working with many of the brightest entrepreneurs, investors and innovators at early-stage companies. Over the years, I’ve learned what powers these industries, where they intersect—and, who to connect with when getting projects off the ground. As an experienced manager in program and partner development, I’ve directed investor relations with family offices, funds and angel investors. Having served as President of the Keiretsu Forum Miami and Director at Arcview Ventures, my experience includes structuring deals, curating deal flow and creating strategic alliances between leadership non-profit and commercial ventures. A commitment to the value of diversity informs everything I do. Working with communities, I’m proud to have created workplaces that speak to trust and respect. This has brought me a deep sense of accomplishment. Additionally, I’m passionate when it comes to empowering women and have worked to do so through outreach, advocacy, and education efforts as well as through high impact networking. Specifically, I’ve worked to increase women’s engagement in early stage investment opportunities—as founders, board members and / or C-Suite executives. I’m comfortable with risk and growth—and, I’m deeply familiar with what it takes to pivot a company. I view twists and turns as business opportunities—and I approach them with a state of mind that’s flexible, adaptable and tolerant of ambiguity.
