Hello, I’m Deborah Armstrong! I have over 10 years of B2B commission only sales experience, and self-employment. I love the satisfaction I derive from helping others solve their problems. After the great recession of 2008, I went back to school to get my finance degree. Finance helped increase my skillsets, as a securities investor, a real estate investor in purchasing tax liens/deeds and a lender in trust deeds. I use my degree not only for personal investments, but by educating others on how to reduce their costs while increasing discretionary income. A strategy of tracking spending before budgeting allows for more money to be put towards your needs and products that can protect your assets. Being proactive in emergencies before they happen is important. By preparing for bad outcomes such as recessions, and unemployment can reduce what we spend.
