As a performance-driven organizational consultant with over 20 years of business management experience, and having a comprehensive understanding of organizational dynamics, I have been deeply involved in helping organizations through challenging transitions. Prior to founding Torchia & Associates, I held senior management positions in large, multi-national corporations, mid-tier enterprises, and small, venture-backed start-ups. My career accomplishments include the development of new businesses and functions, defining and executing strategic plans, and successfully leading and motivating cross-functional global teams. I earned a Master of Science degree in Organization Development (MSOD) from American University with a distinction for my field work.
