📣My experience working with different organisations in multiple sectors has given me a valuable insight into the impact the workplace environment can have on our health and wellbeing, and ultimately on professional performance. The services I provide include:

➡️ Workplace  Wellbeing Consultancy including building effective workplace wellbeing programmes that build a strong wellbeing culture and engages employees.

➡️ Workplace Wellbeing champions course to support those who've been tasked with driving their organisation's wellbeing agenda to develop their skills to promote and manage wellbeing in the workplace. These are interactive full-day training courses that provide evidence-based approaches and equip participants with the tools and skills to improve the health and performance of employees.

➡️ One to one coaching with managers and employees to provide support and drive wellbeing behaviours in the business.

➡️ A range of workshops including  Nutrition, Physical Activity and Mental health to build self-awareness, improve focus, build resilience and cultivate a growth mindset.

➡️ One to one weight management consultancy including dietary analysis, nutritional and exercise programming and behavioural intervention.   

➡️ Health screenings for employees providing quantitative data on a range of health outcomes including blood cholesterol, body composition and metabolic status.

--> Provide high quality delivery of a wide range of fitness qualifications to aspiring health coaches.

---> Educate on niche fitness markets including GP referral, Pre/Post Natal and Sports nutrition. 

--->Involved in internal/external verification processes, including assessments, delivery models and teaching resource development. 

---> Provide regular mentoring to new and less experienced tutors to improve the intern process, quality and development to meet the needs of the business

Commercial Fitness Tutor

Cage Warriors, UFC (Lee chadwick, Molly McCann)

Leading on performance nutritional periodisation to World Champion Athletes through 12 week camps. Currently the nutritional consultant to the current 185 middleweight cage warriors champion Lee Chadwick and new 125 pound champion Molly McCann.

The Training Room

---> Responsible for delivery of Level 2 and Level 3 Advanced Personal Training courses alongside continuous professional development including kettlebell and Suspension workshops, Advanced Nutrition and Business skills.

---> Lectured groups up to 40 students on anatomy, physiology, health, and nutrition theory using creative and varied teaching methods to cater for various student backgrounds and learning styles. 

--->Lead and assess practical sessions supporting a safe and effective exercise environment in line with awarding body standards.
