My main driver and motivation have always been and continue to be encouraging, increasing & promoting diversity, equality and inclusion throughout my personal life, work and volunteering to nurture cohesive communities. Previous to my Civil Service career, I was a successful customer service and client account managing professional with a wealth of experience gained in various private sectors including hospitality, retail, marketing, property maintenance, telecommunications, sports and leisure, fleet management and travel and tourism. Those earlier years combined with my life skills and experiences have equipped me with innovative and creative thought processes, problem solving approaches and collaborative ways of working which I've continued to draw on throughout ensuing roles. These cumulative skills, knowledge and experiences will underpin all my business ventures with confidence and reassurance that my clients, partners and business peers will always receive the best service.
