•Legal Compliance related to PF,PT, ESIC,LWF and Employment Exchange Act.
•Assist in unrest arise during the mergers, downsizing, shifting of organizations, and other labor related issues in order to find win-win situation for labor & management.


PMS and Training and Development
•Imparting Behavioral Training, Making training content on various subjects(like How to conduct interview for line managers, Attitude, Personality Development, How to improves supervisory effectiveness,)
•Assist in formulation of retention strategies.
•PMS strategy formulation and bell curve setting.


OD activities
•Preparing MIS and other formats/forms in order to inline various HR Processes to departmental and organizational objectives.
