Senior Credit Analyst - Director

Part of a credit analyst doing fundamental analysis of the borrowers across sectors and multiple geographies. 
Sectors covered are Metals and Mining, Retail, Consumer durables, and Clean-Tech. 
Additionally, covers certain developing market entities with respect to their sovereign related risk. 
Actively involved in credit assessment on new to bank prospect clients.

Credit Analyst - Associate Director 

Perform detailed credit risk analysis of Mid-Market/Large corporate clients and present Business Credit analysis & the deal structure to Risk authorities
Liaise with Trade, Financial Markets, operations team, products team, Legal, Compliance etc for ongoing support to the deal

-	Carry out fundamental credit analysis, including basic financial modelling, for new bond issuances across sectors mostly in High-yield (HY) corporates
-	Writing crisp and analytical credit reports for the coverage, covering all the relevant and current aspects of the issuer including the sector nuances, financial forecast for 2-3 years
-	Detailed credit analysis on stressed HY corporates with a focus on capital structure, liquidity, sensitivity, recovery
