• Reduced the time taken for invoicing by the department from 15 days to 3 days per month by automating and implementing suitable solutions for the company size.

• Created dashboards using PowerBI to provide access to real-time revenue data and insights to the senior leadership team.

• Decreased lag period between invoicing and payment from partners to 10 days from 2 months by implementing secure payment gateways and automated bookkeeping. 

• Decreased delinquent accounts by 15% through active monitoring and follow-up automation implementation.

• Increased cash flow by 20% per month by implementing strategies based on findings from self-conducted internal audit.

Accounts Receivable Accountant

Accomplishments include:

• Reduced the payroll disbursement period in accounting department from 7 days to 3 hours (company to employees). 
• Created a framework for wage control, wage-related time-keeping automation, automated payment processing.
• Automated shift management for a quick turnaround in payroll processing times and payroll tax. Reduced inaccuracies in payslips and payroll tax-related expenses from 6% to 0.05%.

• Led team of data analysts, created predictive and descriptive data analyses and built dashboards and visualizations for free public use.

• Served as a Diversity Officer for Hendrix College.
• Provided over 10 leadership training, diversity training to faculty, student, and staff each year. 
• Organized over 70 events every year to engage Hendrix Community in cross-cultural reflections and promote an appreciation of diversity, service, and leadership. 
• Advised 13 Multicultural Student Organizations, hosted monthly meetings, and provided ongoing mentorship.
• Developed framework and programs to support historically underrepresented students at Hendrix College and increased the recruitment and retention rate of historically underrepresented students by over 5%.
