Manager - Learning Experience Design (LXD)

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
• Working closely with other instructional designers, the business development team, Graphic designers, and Project Managers. 
• Working with business development and project management teams to prepare project plans. 
• Identify gaps in the information provided by the customer and communicate with the business development team to procure sufficient information to process the requirement further. 
• Develop product standards and guidelines. 
• Review output of ID team members for quality, conformance to customer brief, and fulfilment of the customer requirement. 
• Creation and review of storyboards (for cognitive flow, layout and visual representation, language and descriptions for developers).

Lead Instructional Designer

Working as a Senior Instructional Designer in the aerospace domain for 3 years. 
Roles and responsibilities are as follows: 
• Analyze and understand client requirements, analyze the learners, interact extensively with SMEs, and define appropriate instructional strategies for the training material. 
• Responsible for storyboarding (writing, reviewing and managing), for digital learning products such as online courseware, animations, simulations, interactivities, virtual learning labs, immersive learning objects (AR/VR), etc...
• Develop innovative ideas for e-learning resources, perform internal reviews, discuss ideas for graphics and animations with graphic designers before development, ensure good quality of deliverables to clients. 
• Good understanding of workflows such as ADDIE and industry best practices such as Gamification, flipped learning, personalized learning, etc...
• Perform quality assurance reviews and root cause analysis (RCA).

Senior Instructional Designer

Navcon Advanced Systems

Worked as a Senior Instructional Designer in the aerospace domain for 1.5 years. 
Roles and responsibilities are as follows: 
• Analyze and understand client requirements, analyze the learners, interact extensively with SMEs, and define appropriate instructional strategies for the training material.

• Responsible for the development of Technical Documentation solution for Aeroplane, Helicopter, and Engines from source material gathered from engineering resources, dealer support network programs, and other technical information. 
• Assisted project lead in project planning, resource allocation, time estimation, and management of the team. 
• Carried out quality checks of work done by the team. 
• Carried out Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for the team.
