During my tenure as CEO of Hydroelectricity Investment and Development Company Ltd. (HIDCL), I transformed it into Nepal’s largest hydropower lender, financing $750M across 25 projects. As Chief Officer of Nepal's $3.99B Employees Provident Fund, I drove profitability growth, led strategic investments in hydropower, and modernized the organization through digital transformation.
