Got a chance to work directly with the Founders 

I was hired to build Partnerships as a business function & drive partner led growth

Key value adds

I presented the initial partnerships team structure & business plan, actioning and achieving incremental improvements via learning by doing over a period of time to deliver upon partner led growth

This led to an increase of strategic partners directly managed by me from around 10 to >20, who were adding value to various business requirements across - 
1. last mile delivery ( Dunzo, Shadowfax, Borzo, Grab, Porter, Rapido, Zomato )
2. traffic channel ( GPay vouchers, Paytm mall, Sbi yono, Twid Pay )
3. point of sale ( Pet Pooja, Posify, Posist, Urban Piper, Dista )
4. product features ( Whatsapp commerce: Haptik, Meta etc )
5. setting up quarterly  cadence around new partner exploration

Via our efforts we were able to influence approximately a 20% increase in overall customer traffic to Thrive Now

Partnerships lead

Manipal Group, India

Got a chance to work with the Promoters Office 

Worked across multiple group company projects from Manipal advertising, Soho mattress, Kurlon retail, Starship global 3rd party logistics services and IT recruitment services

Key value adds

1. I operationally led the pan India launch of Soho Mattress, Kurlon’s D2C mattress brand business working almost as the de-facto COO of the business
2. Built a team of 10 team members in house + negotiated & on-boarded outsourced vendors across manufacturing, supply chain, content creation, marketing, performance & ads, channel partners, last mile, support & ops
3. We were able to scale from start to gross revenue of 1cr within 6 months of operations

Senior Operations Manager

Multiple companies & projects 

Worked with multiple companies across a diverse range of projects that piqued my interest as I was transitioning back home to Bangalore due to personal commitments 

Key value adds

1. Advised a cloud kitchen technology start-up founded by alumni from IIT Madras but we had to shut shop due to challenging business circumstances and covid
2. Produced a b2b scale wedding planners conference in Arezzo Italy, playing a key role in execution and conceptualised a b2b chefs conference - YCC - Yes chef conclave which we decided to not execute, due to challenging business circumstances in the F&B sector + Chefs ecosystem

Figuring it out

Transitioned from leveraging my sectoral experience & professional strengths in F&B /Hospitality/Hotels to capitalising on my individual abilities & personal strengths of people skills, overall communication skill-set, core competency of building relationships

1. Managed the Kavuri hills co-working hub business with a team of 6 achieving / maintaining a >95% 
2. Supported the city head in pre-opening of new hub in hit-tec city and driving city growth from 1 to 2 hubs

OLIVE BAR AND KITCHEN PRIVATE LIMITED

Was heading pre-opening operations for the Olive Bar & Kitchen in Vagator Goa

1. I was part of the team from concept to actual on ground execution of the vision & delivering the outlet opening as per plan

Partnered with local entrepreneurs to capitalise upon available opportunities 

Worked across multiple businesses old & new ranging from hotels, restaurants, clubbing, mice & events,  music festivals, co working & co-living concepts

1. Worked with Rococco hotels North Goa in all aspects of the business, managed hotel operations supporting growth of business from 30 keys at 1 hotel to 90 keys across 3 hotels by transitioning to a domestic market from primarily a foreign charter market
2. At Marbela Beach Resort I was responsible for all customer facing aspects of business from front office, sales, reservations, MICE, theme parties, hospitality & growing the business from 3cr to >5cr gross revenue during my tenure

Joined the management training program for food and beverage via campus recruitment

1. Worked in food & beverage operations across Taj Luxury, Gateway & Vivanta brands at Taj Krishna Hyderabad, Taj westend Bangalore, Taj Holiday Village Goa & Taj President Mumbai
2. Worked as a restaurant manager across various food and beverage concepts from All day dining, Speciality dining, In room dining, Banquets, Bar & beverages
3. Got promoted to a assistant f&b manager grade internally by the time I exited the company
