Hello there! I'm an Engineer-turned-Management Student currently in Great Lake's PGPM Co '25 where I am specializing in Marketing and Business Analytics. Previously, I was part of in People Success Team at Pando: an enterprise SaaS TMS. Here I dealt with the entire gamut of HR i.e. end to end employee life cycle documentation from pre-onboarding, recruitment, employee engagement to exit. I predominantly hired talent from the SaaS and Supply Chain space for the GTM and Delivery teams for Pando. I also worked closely with the Technology and Product team as a Business Partner. Some interesting projects I worked on were: campus recruitment planning, candidate experience analytics, TA team's pitch to candidates and several others.
