Spanning an experience of 15+ years, I was initially in customer facing role. I moved to a different profile where I was involved in making process maps, documentations and a problem solver for our internal customers. I have then worked as a quality auditor, processed sales orders, email management and indirectly responsible for positive NPS. Last role in Dell was as a customer care case managers for internal as well as external customer for ANZ region for top tier accounts eg enterprise, commercial, etc have a working understanding of salesforce tool, handling projects for enterprise customers An enthusiastic person, with a thirst for knowledge. My interpersonal and communication skills will help me gain a better understanding of my workspace. I thrive to learn every day and challenge myself to understand the environment and the current market scenario. I strongly believe in continuously improving customer experience and collaborating with different teams to understand customer needs and expectations.
