Having invested in a number of E-commerce and lifestyle businesses, I had the opportunity to lead a portfolio of e-commerce brands focused on direct-to-consumer sales of lifestyle components and merchandise. As the head of the company, I built multiple brands from $0 to successful high-six-figure annual revenue businesses. My responsibilities were full-cycle across all daily operations, marketing and advertising, sales, accounting, finance, production, and fulfillment.

As the CEO and founder, I led our e-commerce ventures to unparalleled success. Under my strategic guidance, we elevated our position to the top 10% of all Shopify stores, specializing in proprietary custom bicycle accessories. With a customer base of over 30,000 individuals, our company thrived and achieved remarkable milestones. The culmination of our achievements resulted in a successful acquisition by a new investor group, ensuring sustained growth and prosperity for the brand into the future.

SAP SuccessFactors

In 2019, I was rehired by SAP, tasked with driving sales of their SuccessFactors Human Experience Management (HXM) Suite, which enables organizations to deliver exceptional employee experiences to build more engaged workforces and more resilient businesses. 

Key Contributions:
-	Negotiated key B2B sales wins with Stater Bros, Dolby Laboratories, SmartSemi, Palo Alto Networks, PACCAR, Avaya Corporation, Blount International, Newmont Mining, Continuum Global Solutions, and Aspire Bakeries.
-	Exceeded quota 130% in 2021 by generating $3.5M+ in sales while working remotely due to onset of global pandemic.

Senior Solution Sales Executive

Rizing HCM

At Rizing HCM, I drove B2B sales and managed accounts for 3D Results, which offers system implementation, consulting and data science services for SAP SuccessFactors and IBMKenexa HCM suites. I focused on introducing progressive companies and senior executives to these exceptional services and worked collaboratively to ensure successful implementations that connected data and aligned systems with talent strategy. 

Key Contributions:
-	Generated $5.6M in sales revenue by acquiring new key accounts with ExxonMobil, Love’s Travel Shop, Hallmark, Anadarko Petroleum, Devon Energy, BNSF, and Newmont Mining.

Cornerstone OnDemand

During this time frame, I positioned and promoted Cornerstone OnDemand’s unified talent management suite of applications and services as the best possible solution for learning institutions across my assigned region. 

Key Contributions:
-	Presented to large consortiums of public institutions on managing human capital in more progressive manner than legacy processes and systems have historically allowed in public sector institutions.
-	Won new key accounts with Roosevelt University, Elgin Community College, and KIPP Public Schools.

Regional Sales Manager

SuccessFactors

I was initially retained by SAP in 2013 to serve as Regional Sales Manager, charged with individual contributor (quota carrier) in B2B sales of SuccessFactors suite of HCM cloud-based solutions to client organizations across the Mountain West region.  

Key Contributions:
-	Exceeded rookie quota in 2014, and added new accounts with Davita, The Gates Corporation, and Newmont Mining.

I advanced up through a series of roles after VirtualEdge was acquired by ADP, culminating in National Sales Manager, tasked with overseeing ADP’s Talent Solutions Strategic Initiatives business. I targeted prospective clients in healthcare, government, and education spaces, and introduced ADP talent solutions suite to help manage their most pressing human capital management issues.

Key Contributions:
-	Exceeded all sales goals throughout tenure, and won new accounts with James Hardy, Stanley Black & Decker, Aerospace Corporation, Irvine Company, Palace Entertainment, Maricopa County, SRP, and Fortune 500 & Global 2000 companies.
-	Led company’s transition from legacy core HR & payroll organization to leader in human capital management systems.
-	Advised on go-to-market positioning, storytelling, consultative sales process, and proof of concepts for broader salesforce.
