Managing Director of Leadership Development

Oversight of the promotion, establishment, execution, measurement and expansion of all NCAA Leadership Development initiatives and programs for the 1,100 plus membership institutions across the U.S.

Lead e-learning programmatic efforts for both internal and external audiences. 

Serve on the Inclusion, Education and Community Engagement (IECE) leadership team.

Executive diversity and inclusion program pipelines and initiatives aimed at increasing the number of ethnic minorities and women in key leadership positions across the membership. 

Oversight of a comprehensive realignment and program re-structuring.

Play a key role in fulfilling the mission and vision of Leadership Development, IECE and the NCAA. 

Serve as a national voice in the work.

Director of Leadership Development

Acting Director of Leadership Development

Administer the Association’s bank of programs and services designed for student athletes, interns, graduate assistants and administrators who serve them. Manage daily departmental operations. Serve as the department lead for a staff of 6. Lead external engagement of membership in collaboration with programming. Serve as a committee member and institution liaison to the Accelerating Academic Success Program.
