My greatest joy in life is to see a women shine with confidence in both her personal and professional life. As a coach of women, I consider myself to be warm, engaging, and empathetic but will challenge when required to gain perspective. My style is to dance in the moment which allows greater flexibility of coaching and creates an environment for a deeper response to emerge. My intent is always to create shifts, shifts you already know you want to make and shifts you haven’t yet uncovered! Topics which come up most often include: 1. Taming the Imposter gremlins 2. Preparing for Interview I have spent 25 years coaching women to create successful careers that positively impact them, their teams and the organisation . I draw on my breadth of experience from a range of senior leadership roles in the Technology Industry at LinkedIn in Ireland and IBM in the UK where I lead teams and individuals through transformational change. To support my passion for women and positive change, I retrained and qualified as a business and executive coach with UCD Smurfit Executive Development Centre in 2019 setting up my own coaching and leadership development practice, StepUpStepIn, that year.
