Working between the difference platforms and tools to ensure the correct upload and assignment of the potential clients into the Salesforce.com platform.  In charge of timely import of the leads into the Salesforce.com following the guidelines provided by the Marketing Automation Administrator.
 
I am also responsible for run the PerkinElmer campaign report lists from Salesforce.com. those campaign are used to extract the records that will received the email campaigns. I upload the Salesforce.com contacts list into Pardot or Eloqua. 

I am also in charge to run the AMER’s (automation marketing email response), on weekly bases, through the SQL platform. 

I am also, in charge of the company main mailbox. I import into Salesforce.com the quote requests we received and I redirect the rest of the email to the rest of the departments. I am also in charge of different email inbox we I received different requests to upload records in Salesforce.com. those requests come from different sources that have not been synchronized automatically, yet.

Finally I look in several Salesforce.com queues to make sure the correct assignment of the leads to the sales representative, when the leads are stuck in one of the queues.

I had this inteship 4 months as a half day intern in the marketing department.

Planning and coordinating event logistics with the RC for central America and the Caribbean, I have been supporting the logistical execution of strategic field events and other regional marketing communication tactics.
