We design and manufacture custom modular structures for residential and commercial use, focusing on affordability, fast production, and personalized solutions. Our mission is to raise awareness about modular construction and make dream homes and offices accessible to more people.

My role involves guiding clients, educating them on modular design, and bringing their ideas to life. I also contribute to modular design work and continuously improve design systems, delivery processes, and documentation workflows.

Integrated BIM

-Led training sessions for large architectural firms (100-500 people) across Europe, including on-site sessions in Paris.
-Developed syllabuses for BIM/Revit training courses, applying teaching and communication skills to enhance learning outcomes.
-Worked closely with clients, helping them troubleshoot and optimize design workflows.
-Led R&D activities, reducing documentation set delivery times from 2-3 weeks to 3-5 days through process improvements.
-Developed strong proficiency in digital tools and system mastery, making me the go-to person for solving complex technical and operational challenges.

BIM Consultant

-Played a key role in the strategic development of organizational systems, developing process diagrams, recruitment processes, and administrative systems.
- Helped grow the business from a company of 2 employees in 2019 to 15 in 2023, demonstrating strong leadership and team development skills.
-Worked on recruitment strategies, contributing to both employee onboarding and management processes.
-Developed operational systems such as Google Drive structures, Asana PM workflows, and QA/QC guidelines, ensuring smooth process management.
-Led quality assurance efforts, acting as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and improving the quality of design processes.

VDC Manager / BIM Coordinator

At Integrated BIM, I contributed to complex projects for DynaDome Inc., automating the modeling and documentation system for retractable pool enclosures. My key achievements include:

Tripling lead generation speed while enhancing quality
Establishing a streamlined engineering set delivery process for faster municipal approval
Improving fabrication and assembly documentation to address logistical challenges
I also provided project documentation for residential and commercial clients, often overseeing the conversion of 2D CAD and laser-scanned point clouds into functional 3D models.

BIM Technician

Gained hands-on experience in 3D modeling, CAD, laser scans, and project documentation (Lumion, Enscape). Taught Autodesk Revit to beginners, enhancing my communication and teaching skills. Worked closely with the founder on process improvements and system optimizations, emphasizing trial-and-error for continuous development.

Construction Experience

Experienced in the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical systems across residential and commercial projects in Lithuania and Scandinavia. Skilled in ventilation, air conditioning, and vacuum pump systems, with strong abilities in assembly, spatial awareness, and safety protocols. Proficient in using specialized tools, including drilling machines, punching equipment, and laser measurement. Known for attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving in challenging environments.

Mechanical Technician

Throughout my experience in carpentry, I have successfully completed various projects while working under contract with various employers. I have gained experience in residential construction, where I have been responsible for tasks such as:

- Erecting roof truss systems, building substrate layers, and applying roof tiles to ensure proper installation and weatherproofing.
- Installing clinker tile systems on the facades of multiple private residential houses, adding a decorative and functional element to enhance the aesthetics of the buildings.
- Installing gypsum drywalls and ceilings in two private apartments, ensuring proper installation and finishing for smooth and visually appealing surfaces.
Through these projects, I have honed my skills in precision measurement, cutting, and installation techniques, as well as adhering to industry standards, and safety regulations.
