Throughout my experience, I have excelled in management positions due to my strong skills in communication, interpretation, and decision-making. I possess a versatile skill set that enables me to seamlessly transition between abstract approaches and analytical thinking. This allows me to proficiently devise efficient strategies for enhancing customers' design delivery processes, as well as create precise action plans and timelines for execution. In my current role as a VDC Manager, I work directly with the project manager at DynaDome Inc. to understand their end-users needs, supervise the project delivery process, and manage team resources to design retractable enclosures at optimal speed and cost. I also lead R&D activities, which involve automating Revit parametric families, creating templates and guidelines, and standardizing systems of management and quality assurance. In addition, I create a system for and consolidate design knowledge into a central knowledge base for the design team to use, and take part in hiring procedures by interviewing potential candidates. As a BIM Coordinator, I participate in project kick-off and coordination meetings, provide support to customers' Revit users, help to set up projects at the initiation stage, and provide weekly training on the subject of BIM and Autodesk Revit. My primary interest is project management within the manufacturing and construction industries.
