• Act as Advisor and Liaison to Combat Missions Systems Business Unit VP/General Manager 
                                                                                  
• Collaborate with Product Line and Portfolio leaders, program managers, functional leads and customers to develop and execute product support strategies and campaigns.

• Program Manager of Subcontracts and supply chain with responsibility for profit and loss on complex elements involving the development, production, and technical support of Recovery Products. 

• Oversee subcontract non recurring engineering activities on all assigned subcontractors.   

• Provides competitive advantage to BAE Systems by managing the program's defined scope on schedule, within budget, and at the expected level of quality. 

• Develops proposals and program plans that address the life-cycle of products from capture through production, and post-production support. 

• Act as the primary point of contact and manages subcontractor communications with cross-functional teams on programmatic issues.

Program Manager

• Functional lead Proposal Principal on competitive defense proposals

• Manage appropriate staff in highly complex pre-proposal planning through development of customer intelligence, competitor analysis, win strategies; also derive information in cooperation with marketing, program management and function group contributors.

• Coordinate the preparation of proposal artifacts of complex Request For Proposals (RFPs) and Request For Quotes (RFQs), to determine scope and requirements. Facilitate complex proposal reviews and evaluate estimates/inputs for adequacy, currency, completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness. Follow up on deficient inputs.

• Lead in BAE Systems capture, pre-proposal, proposal and applicable life-cycle management processes to ensure they are followed and tailored appropriately.

• Develop and maintain Customer relationships, providing industry recommendations and insight.

Business Development & Proposal Lead

•	Functional lead Financial Analyst managing a multi million dollar competitive defense program 

•	Ensure timely and accurate program financial analysis, including detailed program Estimates at Complete (EACs) and related inputs for forecasting of financial statements for Quarterly Business Reviews and in support of the Integrated Business Plan.

•	Responsible for project start-up and close-out as well as monthly program revenue, cost management, and profit recognition over the life of the program.

•	Analyze manufacturing cost, including labor estimates, bills of material, overhead indirect overhead rate application, and other costs to support program cost analysis, such as cash flow forecasting, and workload planning.

Financial Leadership Development Program is a BAE Systems, Inc. initiative originated to develop professionals capable of assuming leadership roles in the areas of Project Finance, Planning 
& Analysis, Contracts, and Program Management at BAE Systems, Inc. All program participants engage in a series of rotational assignments designed to provide a broad background in finance and business operations disciplines. Program participants also attend the Leadership Development Conference (LDC), an annual week long summer leadership conference.
